Cook & Talbot are a well-known and highly regarded law firm based in Southport which has undergone expansion in the last 12 months. We are looking to grow our Residential Conveyancing department with the hire of an experienced and confident Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer.

Location: Southport, Merseyside

Role: Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer

Salary: Circa £40,000-£50,000 plus commission (negotiable on experience)

Role length: Permanent

You’ll be joining an experienced team, and be given responsibility for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and freehold, sale and purchase, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy etc.

It is essential that you have previous Residential Conveyancing experience.

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary, which will be in line with your previous experience.
