Receptionist – Cook & Talbot currently have a position available for a Part time Receptionist.
Key Roles: answering calls, taking messages, updating case management systems, general admin and onboarding clients.

Key Roles:
- Switchboard – answering all incoming calls, directing messages and general updates
- Dealing with clients attending at the office
- Case management system entries
- General admin duties including franking machine and card payments
- Setting up new client files
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Previous experience in reception or switchboard duties preferred but not essential
- Skilled in Microsoft office, in particular Word and Outlook
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail required
